El martes 12 de agosto, a las 11:30 horas, en la Plaza Mariano Timón, entrando por la Biblioteca Pública de Palencia, os esperamos con un cuentacuentos en inglés y la presentación del libro Yummy Yummy de Kathryn Susana Escribano, ilustrado por su hija Sara Vega Escribano.

Diez niños observan unos animales mientras están comiendo, buscando las parejas que riman adivinarán que animales son.

Ten children from a variety of backgrounds eat yummy food whilst looking at animals. The readers are the main character in this story, as their knowledge of rhyming pairs enables them to guess the animals and then check their answers by turning the pages. Knowledge of pronunciation and vocabulary is reinforced through bold and engaging illustrations. Yummy Yummy offers readers a fun way of becoming ‘rhyme detectives’.
